The "2020 Sorry About the Halloween Marathon" Watchlist

by Andrew Jupin, JBFC Senior Programmer

Andrew writes: “In another pandemic-related loss, I won’t be able to curate and host the annual overnight horror marathon at the Burns. It would’ve been our seventh year doing what many* will say is the most fun they have at the JBFC all year.

In a year when real-life horrors are totally outdoing the movies, here’s a list of things you can watch to scare you in a different, less day-to-day-terror kind of way.

For this collection, I decided to incorporate a lot of films that are celebrating major anniversaries this year, rando titles I’ve discovered or revisited recently, and some new stuff released in the last year or so!

*Me”
