Keep the Beat All Summer Long with our Sounds of Summer Giveaway!

This year, we’re turning up the volume on Sounds of Summer with a special series giveaway. Buy a ticket to any screening in our 2023 Sounds of Summer lineup, and you’ll be entered to win one of three fabulous prize packs! Inspired by the eclectic mix of genres featured in this year’s series, we’re giving away a diverse cross-section of records including limited-edition re-releases, exclusive pressings, and more—plus a grand prize featuring a brand-new turntable.

Whether you’re a diehard vinyl collector or just starting your collection, these prize packs are perfect for any movie-going music lover: our Grand Prize winner will take home a brand-new ION Audio Max LP Vinyl Record Player with Built-in Speakers & USB Output, plus five vinyl records to jump-start their collection, while Second Prize will take home four vinyl records, and Third Prize will snag two vinyl records!

The more screenings you attend, the more chances you’ll have to win—you’ll receive one additional entry into our series giveaway with every subsequent screening you attend! After the series wraps up on August 30, we’ll draw three winners from the entries and send them home with their very own piece of Sounds of Summer. You ready to rock?

Giveaway Rules & Guidelines

• Each Sounds of Summer screening/event ticket equals one entry into the series giveaway.
• While no additional purchase or JBFC membership status is necessary to enter, ticket purchases must be made through the JBFC website while logged in to an active account to count towards the Sounds of Summer giveaway. Nonmember ticketbuyers must set up an account on the JBFC website to ensure their purchases are recorded and attributed to the correct account.
• Purchases made in person at the JBFC Box Office must be linked to an active ticketing account or email address in order to be recorded as entries into the giveaway, so make sure to let our Box Office staff know if you’re in our system at the point of purchase.
• Winners will be drawn following the series’ closing night on August 30, and will be notified using the contact information associated with their ticketing account.
• Because we cannot guarantee the safety of the turntable or records if sent through the mail, all prizes must be picked up by the winners in person at the JBFC Theater.
