Erin Vilardi is the Founder and CEO of VoteRunLead, the nation’s largest and most diverse training program for women to run for office and win. She first launched VoteRunLead as Vice President of Program and Communications at The White House Project. She has served as a Leadership Development Consultant for a range of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, global girls’ initiatives and the US Department of State, reaching women leaders in a dozen international cities.

Laura Rossi is the executive director of the Westchester Community Foundation, which envisions a community that is vibrant, compassionate, and resilient. Through the generosity of those who love our community, it seeks to strengthen our communities and inspire greater giving by connecting donors with effective organizations that improve our quality of life. Formed in 1975, it is a division of the New York Community Trust, one of the nation’s oldest community foundations.
